Job summary

Consumer Cellular is seeking a meticulous Facilities Technician to join our team in Tempe, AZ. You will assist the Facilities Manager by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and generator systems to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Some travel may be required as you support office moves and remodels within our facilities network. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of industry experience, strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent

Qualifications

3+ years of industry experience in facilities or related field
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and generators
Ability to travel - some travel may be required
Must reside within 50 miles of Tempe contact center
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Assist with installation, repair, and overhaul of HVAC and generator systems
Monitor and maintain APC battery backup systems
Conduct building inspections to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Serve as Facilities point of contact for local vendors
Maintain access control systems including electronic doors and cameras
Assist with office moves and space planning during remodels
Support involvement with contact centers and data centers as needed
