Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician in Costa Mesa, CA to join our Operations team. You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related building systems to support safe, efficient facilities.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, reading blueprints and schematics, and diagnosing complex issues with building automation systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards. HVAC license preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC license preferred with commercial/industrial experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure energy efficiency and safety.
• Diagnose complex issues using building automation systems and schematics.
• Maintain electrical systems, lighting, and power distribution while ensuring safety.
• Support installation, repair, and maintenance of building infrastructure.
