Qualifications
Required Mechanical Trades or Trade School certification in applicable disciplines.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in commercial building equipment operation.
OSHA 10-Hour Safety Training Certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of operation and repair of HVAC and plumbing systems.
Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
Perform operation, repair, and maintenance of building-related systems.
Respond to service calls and resolve emergency situations.
Complete preventative maintenance tasks as required.
Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
Assist in the operation and inspection of emergency generators.
Skills
Mechanical Trades certification
