Qualifications

• 5 years HVAC/General Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required.
• Must possess an EPA Universal Refrigeration License.
• Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.

• Conduct general repairs of steam/hot water boiler systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or system failure issues.
