Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; at least 1 year related work experience.
• Must be proficient in a trade and have general knowledge of at least one additional trade.
• May be required to obtain a license to perform certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs building maintenance and construction tasks according to work orders.
• Ensures tools, equipment, and facilities are in good repair and clean.
• Maintains safe work environment and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Transports equipment to various locations within the center.
• Repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and hardware as needed.
• Attend required training sessions and communicate effectively.
