Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform a wide range of non-technical maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry areas. The role requires basic maintenance knowledge, safety awareness, and the ability to assist licensed tradespeople as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, maintaining hot equipment like fryers and ovens, performing plumbing and carpentry tasks, and completing regular PMs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year related experience.
• Completion of PPD Trades Training Program; at least 6 months related experience.
• HVAC EPA certification

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and repair building electrical systems; assist licensed electricians.
• Inspect and service heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Maintain hot equipment like fryers and ovens.
• Perform plumbing maintenance and assist licensed plumbers.
• Carpentry maintenance and painting tasks.
• General maintenance, custodial, and trash removal.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and keep records.
• Snow removal as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
