Job summary

Amcor LLC, Manchester facility, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support safe, efficient operation of building systems and grounds. You will perform routine and preventive work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and control systems, coordinate contractors, and assist with safety and compliance programs.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities/maintenance, ability to read blueprints, and good teamwork. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred.
• 3+ years of facilities, maintenance, or industrial building systems experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills for work order management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Coordinate outside contractors and service providers for maintenance tasks.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with safety audits, compliance programs, and inventory control.
