Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the Manchester site. You will assist with daily maintenance activities across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building controls while coordinating with contractors and maintaining safety standards.

You will help run preventative maintenance programs, perform inspections, and support the off-site warehouse. Strong reading of blueprints and hands-on problem-solving are essential for ensuring reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Education and hands-on ability to service facility systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building controls).
• Assist with safety audits, inspections, and compliance programs.
• Coordinate outside contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and document maintenance results.
• Support the Facilities Manager and off-site warehouse operations.
