Qualifications

• Ability to read simple instructions and understand written requests from principals and teachers.
• Physically fit and able to work with others.
• Must hold and maintain a valid Illinois driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC is required.
• Maintain boilers, pumps, HVAC equipment, and related systems.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) preferred.
• Perform general maintenance and landscape tasks as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and emergencies as assigned.
