Job summary

Responsibilities

• Repair walls, doors and windows and perform carpentry tasks.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical preventive maintenance.
• Inspect emergency lighting and building systems.
• Respond to urgent or emergency issues as needed.
• Perform seasonal grounds maintenance and manage supplies.
• Coordinate with contracted service providers when directed.
