Kids for the Future in Concord, MA is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our building systems running smoothly. You will inspect, service, and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry tasks to prevent downtime.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on experience in maintenance or industrial repair within facilities.
• Experience diagnosing and fixing multi-trade systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Executes preventative maintenance to stop equipment failures and extend asset life.
• Diagnoses and resolves mechanical and technical issues to restore operations.
• Maintains and repairs electrical systems to ensure safe power supply.
• Serves plumbing networks and fixtures to prevent leaks and disruptions.
• Maintains and repairs HVAC units for comfort and air quality.
• Uses hand and power tools safely for repairs and upkeep.
• Repairs damaged equipment to minimize downtime.
• Performs basic carpentry work on building structures and fixtures.
• Enforces safety rules to maintain an accident-free environment.
