Job summary

Mountainside Fitness in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support repair and upkeep of club facilities. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, execute cost-effective fixes, and coordinate with team members to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, safety, and collaboration with club leadership to ensure smooth operations and positive member experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Experience with mechanical equipment repair is required.
• Willingness to complete Mountainside Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective maintenance solutions to minimize downtime (defined as 48 hours or less when controllable).
• Work closely with APEX on equipment repairs and communicate ETAs clearly to relevant parties.
• Complete paperwork: logs, incident reports, and corrective actions; conduct weekly site audits.
• Assist with special projects including club openings
• Report directly to the club GM and collaborate with the DM.
