Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for assigned shifts or areas.
• Report all accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services for resident areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facilities, and equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Replace bulbs and maintain lighting, including exit and overhead lights.
• Service heating and cooling units per manufacturer specs and policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Assist in lifting and moving heavy equipment as directed.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance spaces and inventory.
• Follow safety precautions in all tasks and use of equipment.
