Responsibilities

• Performs routine facilities duties to warehouse, grounds and event set up, tear-down work.
• Operates equipment needed to perform duties.
• Performs cyclical facilities duties to include moving furniture in classrooms and offices.
• Assists with grounds work, mowing, weeding and mulching.
• Prepares rooms for meetings and events as requested.
• Completes assigned work orders as related to warehouse, grounds and event setup and tear-down.
• Other duties as assigned.
