Job summary

Ronald McDonald House Atlanta is seeking a Facilities Associate to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining safe, clean, and fully operational spaces for families, guests, staff, and volunteers. This on-site, full-time role follows a Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule.

The role handles routine maintenance, basic repairs, inspections, preventive tasks, and vendor coordination. You will document work, assist with room readiness and event setups, and participate in after-hours emergency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year facilities experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and use a CMMS or similar system.
• Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs under supervision.
• Conduct visual inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Document work completed and materials used in CMMS.
• Assist with room readiness and event setups as needed.
• Support vendor visits by providing access and information.
