Ronald McDonald House Atlanta is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining safe, clean, and operational spaces at the Peachtree Dunwoody House. This full-time, on-site role involves routine maintenance, basic repairs, inspections, and assisting with vendor access and inventory while staying aligned with family-centered hospitality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
2-5 years facilities or maintenance experience.
Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, fasteners, and safe storage practices.
Ability to read work orders and safety instructions in a family-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs.
Carry out basic home carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and drywall tasks.
Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and life-safety systems; report needs.
Document work completed and materials used; assist with vendor access.
Maintain organized, hazard-free workspaces; support event setups and inventory as needed.
