Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and preventive work across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You will operate independently and as part of a team to maintain critical building systems under the direction of the Senior Facilities Technician.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of experience/training in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Control Systems, and a willingness to be on-call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing or controls preferred.
• Able to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds and stand/walk long shifts.
• Proficient with basic software (Outlook, word processing, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting in assigned areas.
• Work with building automation, fire/security, energy management, and HVAC controls.
• Lead small projects or assist senior technicians.
• Participate in on-call rotation and perform general maintenance tasks.
