Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the installation, maintenance and repair of facility systems and production equipment. You will help design, upgrade and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and control systems while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation, and collaboration with Engineering on new and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree or additional training highly desirable.
3–5 years of experience in the maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
Experience with maintenance/repair of facility systems (HVAC, pumps, boilers, plumbing, electrical).

Responsibilities

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on equipment and systems with proper documentation.
Troubleshoot and maintain pumps, motors, HVAC, BAS equipment and related controls.
Repair general lighting, plumbing, carpentry, painting and other facility systems.
Design and develop processes, drive continuous improvement and collaborate with Engineering on projects.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations; perform electrical work as needed.
Assist with grounds maintenance, snow removal and seasonal tasks.
Maintain tools, parts inventory and clean work areas; respond to after-hours emergencies.
Communicate clearly with staff at all levels to ensure smooth operations.
