Qualifications

• 2–7 years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems preferred.
• Flexible to support different shifts or on-call needs when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance for all Cincinnati offices, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, workstations.
• Assist other departments for company events, meetings, and functions.
• Communicate needed repairs and maintenance to management.
