Qualifications

• Lift moderate to heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repair and installation.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and install electrical systems; run conduit when needed.
• Analyze and repair mechanical faults.
• Maintain facilities including doors, locks, roof, concrete, and painting touch-ups.
• Apply LOTO safety practices during work.
