Job summary

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain the building and grounds that support our manufacturing teams each day. You’ll handle preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and inspections to keep the facility safe, clean and ready for production.

You will coordinate with outside vendors, monitor common areas, and help with snow removal, landscaping, and other upkeep tasks while taking initiative and working independently to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Six months or more of related maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Experience using basic tools to troubleshoot and complete repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds through preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Repair doors, windows, drains, lighting, and other facility needs.
• Monitor common areas, parking, landscaping, and walkways.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for maintenance and snow removal.
