Job summary

Marvin Composites is hiring a Facilities Technician at our Fargo, ND location. In this role you’ll maintain the building and grounds that support our manufacturing teams, handling preventive maintenance, basic repairs, inspections, and coordination with outside vendors.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off; qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and six months of related maintenance experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months or more of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building and grounds through preventive maintenance, inspections, and day-to-day facility support.
• Repair basic wear or damage to facility areas, including doors, windows, drains, lighting, and other building needs.
• Monitor building and grounds needs, including public walkways, parking areas, landscaping, and other shared spaces.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to support building systems, snow removal, lawn care, landscaping, drains, and other facility maintenance needs.
