Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation of our facility and equipment, contributing to safety and continuous improvement.

This role follows a shift cadence with a 3‑day weekend every other week and requires a two‑year technical degree or equivalent experience. You will work on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and coordinate parts as needed to keep machinery running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, identify root causes, and ensure thorough follow-up on equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Plan work effectively, coordinating with production and leadership to ensure success.
• Order parts as needed to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Continuously improve equipment, processes, and methods to drive innovation.
