Job summary

The Perry Hotel Naples is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to support hotel operations in Key West area. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of engineering and maintenance experience with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond, diagnose and repair equipment across the hotel systems including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and life safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades, painting and drywall repair as needed.
• Use CMMS to document tasks and generate reports for compliance.
