Job summary

Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, NC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance support for the House Facilities Department in the clubhouse and other Prestonwood facilities. You will join a team focused on efficient, detail-oriented service and strong customer care.

Requirements include 1–2 years hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing/electrical/HVAC/drywall, and a valid driver''s license.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of general hands-on maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, minor HVAC, drywall and furniture repair.
• Able to operate power washer and perform cleaning/ upkeep tasks.
• Deliver materials between property facilities as needed.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers of the Maintenance Department.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid driver''s license.
• Shift 7:00am–3:30pm Mon–Fri with rotating weekends; may adjust as needed.
• Availability to assist with after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities
