Job summary

Prestonwood Country Club is hiring a Front Desk Attendant to join our Fitness Center team in Cary, NC. This is a part-time position with flexible shifts for either morning or evening, perfect for students or professionals seeking weekend work.

You will greet members and guests, screen status, answer calls, schedule appointments, process guest fees and merchandise sales, and keep the desk neat. We value friendly, reliable team players who provide outstanding service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screens members verifying member/guest status.
• Answers telephone, takes messages and transfers calls.
• Directs members to appropriate staff / schedules appointments.
• Answers questions about hours of operation, check-in policy, guest fees, swim team and other scheduled events.
• Rings up sales of merchandise and guest fees.
• Keeps reception desk neat and clean.
