Job summary

The Hudson by Billingsley Collection is seeking a Senior Facilities Technician to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces across our properties. This role blends housekeeping and light maintenance to keep common areas, amenity spaces, and move-in units spotless and ready for residents.

You'll work with a small team, manage supplies, perform basic repairs, and respond promptly to resident requests while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical handling.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication with residents and management.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, hallways, and amenities.
• Assist with move-ins, ensuring units are clean and ready.
• Maintain restrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities to hygiene standards.
• Dispose of trash promptly and organize storerooms and supplies.
• Perform light maintenance such as bulb replacement and minor repairs.
• Monitor grounds and parking areas; report safety hazards.
• Respond to resident requests and document service requests.
• Ensure consistent cleanliness to meet company standards.
