Job summary

Billingsley Property Services II, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician/Housekeeping for Hartwood Square. The role combines housekeeping and lightweight maintenance to keep common areas, amenities and units clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

You will assist with move-ins, manage routine cleaning tasks, and respond to resident requests. A detail-oriented, flexible team player with good communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment and chemical storage.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and community spaces.
• Assist with new move-ins by preparing units for tenants.
• Maintain amenity areas with dusting, mopping and vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens and laundry facilities.
• Dispose of trash and recycling promptly.
• Perform basic maintenance like changing light bulbs and minor plumbing.
• Keep grounds, landscaping and parking areas neat.
• Respond to resident requests and log service requests.
• Monitor property for safety and security issues.
• Inventory and restock cleaning supplies; organize storerooms.
• Learn and maintain pool systems per company standards.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
