Job summary

HCF Management, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Field Technician to provide comprehensive maintenance support across our campuses, performing routine and corrective maintenance on doors, windows, flooring, fixtures, and carpentry tasks.

The role demands multi-trade skills and a safety-first mindset to keep resident and staff environments secure and well-maintained. You will follow company procedures, coordinate small capital projects with vendors, and help ensure Life Safety protocols and infection

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driver's license and unrestricted travel between facilities
• 5+ years of multi-trade maintenance experience
• Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, door hardware, electrical, plumbing, and flooring
• Healthcare or senior-living experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Must follow HCF Policies and Procedures
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance (doors, windows, flooring, fixtures)
• Carpentry tasks: framing, drywall, painting, trim work, cabinetry installs
• Doors: install frames, door slabs and commercial hardware
• General concrete knowledge: cutting, removal, placement, finishing
• Coordinate small capital projects and oversee vendors
• Support Life Safety compliance and infection control protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Weed control and debris cleanup
• General property maintenance
