• Minimum two years' progressive experience in construction with focus on carpentry.
• Knowledge of hospitality building and grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Willingness to learn and practice new skills; flexible schedule including weekends and on-call.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Technician performs routine and emergency maintenance on guest lodging and facilities.
• Assists with renovations, construction or replacement projects as needed.
• Maintains grounds, buildings, and infrastructure to ensure safety and comfort for guests and staff.
