Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of general maintenance, facilities, or building-trades experience with carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
• Experience with grounds maintenance and irrigation preferred.
• Demonstrated sound, biblical Christian faith.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on recurring daily repairs and preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize tasks and escalate issues needing licensed-trade support.
• Diagnose leaks, doors, hardware, basic electrical issues, drywall, and flooring; complete repairs or arrange follow-up.
• Maintain records of completed work and materials used.
