Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years facilities maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic electrical repairs.
• Ability to read drawings and operate maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain plant buildings, offices, warehouses, storage areas, and exterior structures.
• Perform general carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, concrete, roofing, and minor masonry repairs.
• Repair doors, locks, windows, gates, and safety barriers.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and building penetrations for leaks or damage.
• Assist with HVAC systems and temperature-control equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to safety hazards and emergencies.
