Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of commercial building maintenance experience, strong electrical/mechanical/plumbing knowledge, and proficiency with CMMS and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial building maintenance.
• Technical skills: knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, plus hand and power tools.
• Problem-solving: ability to diagnose and fix issues with root-cause analysis.
• Communication: clear verbal and written interaction with team and contractors.
• Time management: prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork: collaborate with maintenance staff and occupants.
• Computer skills: experience with Outlook and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on building systems.
• Repair and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment.
• Maintain records of work orders, inventory, and safety logs.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and coordinate with contractors.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and assist with general maintenance tasks.
