Job summary

E Ink Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Project Lead to guide facility infrastructure, TI, renovations, and capital projects supporting lab, cleanroom, and pilot plant operations.

The ideal candidate will coordinate between internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years in facility/construction projects.
• Experience leading renovations, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility renovation, TI, infrastructure upgrade, and relocation projects from concept through commissioning and occupancy.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and execution plans for facility-related capital projects.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders across design, permitting, construction, and closeout phases.
• Track project budgets, schedules, change orders, and contractor performance.
• Conduct site walks, construction inspections, punch-list reviews, and project turnover activities.
