Job summary

InVision Customized Services seeks a General Maintenance Staff member to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across residential and office locations. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair building systems, install minor fixtures, and coordinate with outside vendors to support facility activities.

The role requires physical endurance and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, plus proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in residential or commercial facilities maintenance.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (email) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance solutions that meet health/safety standards for residential and commercial locations as assigned.
• Repairs/Installs electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Assess and report on household systems: HVAC, appliances.
• Serve as point-person with outside vendors and provide recommendations to the Facilities team.
• Performs preventive maintenance on residential and commercial locations.
• Completes new residential site property assessments.
• Correct health/safety issues as identified, whether previously reported or not.
