Job summary

Hurrdat, a Nebraska-based media and marketing agency, seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to upkeep three-story office buildings, an apparel warehouse, and a sports bar venue. You will perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, manage grounds, and assist with furniture moves and event setup.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 5+ years in maintenance, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies and coordinate with vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in building maintenance, facilities upkeep, or related skilled trade.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems with ability to troubleshoot.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests for office, warehouse, and sports bar.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for HVAC, roofing, or safety system work.
