DP Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our North Platte, NE team. The role focuses on hands-on building maintenance, electrical and HVAC touch-ups, and safety compliance across our properties.

The ideal candidate has basic mechanical/electrical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to perform routine repairs and upkeep to ensure facilities run smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Prior experience in General Maintenance is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Replace burned out light bulbs in common areas and entrances.
• Address plumbing and drainage issues.
• General maintenance related cleaning (light lens covers, interior and exterior).
• Walk parking lots and grounds to collect debris and report damage.
• Assist with HVAC check-ups and filter changes.
• For winter, clear snow and ice from all walks and apply ice-melt.
• Landscaping, mowing, and snow removal.
• Perform parking lot patching, crack filling, and lot striping.
• Replace damaged ceiling tiles.
• Minor electrical repairs.
• Apply insecticide and herbicide as needed.
• Apply new safety paint to handicap areas and curbs.
• General painting as needed.
• Reset parking lot light timers to match sunrise/sunset.

This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of safety and functionality within our facilities.

Responsibilities:
