Qualifications

• Industrial systems knowledge: mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing.
• Hands-on with tools, diagnostics and repair equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical docs.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from operations and support teams.
• Conduct preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• Source and research parts for repairs and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with production and leadership to minimize disruption.
• Track labor, materials and repairs in the maintenance system.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and equipment records.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory requirements.
