Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read and understand basic operating instructions.
• Demonstrates aptitude for successful completion of assigned tasks.
• Exhibits HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry skills.
• Exhibits computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Open buildings and perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Check HVAC equipment operation and report issues to the Supervisor.
• Set building schedules and adjust temperatures.
• Deliver supplies and materials to classrooms and other areas.
• Perform basic repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.
• Be available 24/7 for emergencies and security calls.
• Lift heavy objects and move equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with administrators for special events.
