Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties on facility grounds including boiler repair/maintenance.
• Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues and other maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with leadership and maintenance team on repairs.
• Adhere to safety policies and reporting procedures.
• Support on-call rotation as required.
