Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years in facilities maintenance or related operations.

• Ability to work independently on 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain facility operations and safety.
• Troubleshoot HVACR, chillers, BAS, and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Complete start-up procedures and basic repairs.
