Job summary

United Talent is actively hiring Facility Technician Associates in the Hiram area. You will maintain and repair a variety of facility equipment, inspect systems daily, and report issues promptly. The role requires hands-on skills with tools, the ability to read manuals, and strong safety awareness.

The position is on the 2nd shift with 19.50/hour base pay and potential overtime; candidates should have a high school diploma and 4–6 years of relevant experience. OSHA-10 is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4–6 years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance.
• Proficient with hand & power tools.
• Ability to read drawings and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs on facility/industrial equipment.
• Inspect facility systems, equipment, and structures daily.
• Identify and report equipment, safety, or facility issues immediately.
• Operate and monitor building systems for safe, efficient operation.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on air handlers, exhaust fans, pumps, etc.
