Maverik Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician 1 in the Grand Junction, CO area who will support stores by performing routine maintenance across building systems and equipment.

You will diagnose issues, perform electrical and plumbing repairs, and use a wide range of tools to keep facilities safe and running smoothly. The role requires 1+ year of related experience, travel to assigned stores, and compensation includes an hourly pay range with potential bonuses.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in related field.
• Experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow or Cherwell.

Responsabilidades

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools and reassemble equipment.
• Perform routine, preventive maintenance to ensure stores and equipment operate properly.
• Perform basic trade functions including electrical, plumbing, assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
• Use tools ranging from hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electrical testing devices.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them using blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs.
• Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other building structures.
• Review gauges and indicators to ensure machines are working properly.
• Maintain and repair specialized equipment found in food service.
• Perform general cleaning of buildings or properties.

From diagnosing mechanical issues to completing plumbing, electrical, and basic structural repairs, you’ll use a wide range of tools to keep our facilities safe, efficient, and running smoothly.

Location/Schedule

This role is based in the Grand Junction, CO area and requires travel to assigned stores

What You’ll Do In This Role

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
• Perform routine, preventive maintenance to ensure our stores and equipment continue to operate properly.
• Perform basic trade functions including electrical, plumbing, Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
• Uses tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
• Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures.
• Review gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
• Maintain and repair specialized equipment and machinery found in food service.
• Perform general cleaning of buildings or properties.

Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.

You’ll be a great fit for this adventure if you have:

• 1+ years of experience in related field.

Bonus Points If You Also Bring

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience with ticket management systems such as (ServiceNow, Cherwell) preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and carrying materials or equipment up to 150 pounds.
• Climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:$25.00/hr-$27.00/hr + DOE and Bonus Opportunities

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
