Maverik Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager (Operations) in Utah. The role offers starting pay of $18.50–$20.50 per hour, full-time hours, and eligibility for a bonus program.

You will supervise and coach team members, help run daily store operations, and ensure a top-tier customer experience in a cross-trained environment. This position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and accountability, with opportunities for growth and advancement within Maverik.

Qualifications

Shift: This is a full-time opportunity. This position will be cross-trained between Food Service and Front-of-Store.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
