Job summary

Manpower, Inc. represents a leading facilities management organization seeking a Facilities Technician in Tualatin, Oregon. You will join the maintenance support team to ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for building operations.

The role involves preventive maintenance, general repairs, and supporting contractor activities. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; this temporary assignment runs through March 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems in a facilities setting.
• PIT certification or familiarity with Corrigo CMMS is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly and monthly preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform general handyman repairs (door handles, netting, etc.).
• Assist with site closing activities and other facility tasks.
• Escort contractors and ensure PPE compliance.
• Complete checklists and maintain documentation.
• Temporary role lasting through March 2027.

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting building operations and ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment. Pay Range: $25-30/hr BOE

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Complete weekly and monthly preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of facilities
• Perform general handyman repairs, including swapping door handles and securing netting
• Support site closing activities and assist with miscellaneous tasks around the facility
• Escort contractors and ensure compliance with PPE requirements
• Complete checklists and reports in a timely manner to maintain accurate documentation
• This is a temporary role lasting through March 2027

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or related field
• Experience with HVAC systems, PIT certification, or Corrigo is a plus but not required
• Ability to troubleshoot power, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
