Job summary

Keolis Commuter Services is seeking a facilities maintenance leader to manage day-to-day operations across Crossroads maintenance facilities, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and FRA standards.

The role coordinates planned and unplanned maintenance, manages subcontractors, delivers timely reports to senior management, and drives continuous improvement while meeting passenger expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance and safety oversight.
• Knowledge of OSHA and FRA regulations.
• Experience with ISO-9001 quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety, maintenance and QA policies.
• Oversee preventive and unscheduled facility maintenance.
• Ensure on-time generation of required reports.
• Coordinate subcontractors and external vendors.
• Maintain FRA compliance across yards.
• Address facility defects and customer service issues promptly.
• Communicate daily ops needs to senior management.
• Uphold OSHA/FRA safety standards for all work sites.

• Development of policies and procedures to effectively carry out safety, facility maintenance and performance, training and quality assurance programs
• Overall responsibility for facility-related preventative and unscheduled maintenance processes
• Ensuring that all required reports are delivered on time
• Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Compliance with the ISO-9001 quality program for facility maintenance
• Responsible for the day-to-day oversight, management and leadership of the Crossroads maintenance facilities, always ensuring safety, coordinating periodic planned maintenance of the facility and coordinating all sub-contractors’ activities performed in support of facility maintenance. • Responsible for FRA compliance at each VRE Yard, documents, records and reporting

• Ensures timely communication of accurate information to senior management of other departments necessary to plan daily and long-term commuter operations
• Ensures consistent delivery of high-quality service that meets or exceeds passenger expectations
