Job summary

Bally's is seeking a maintenance professional to uphold our service culture, repair facility equipment, and monitor HVAC through the building management system. You will direct staff, prioritize requests, coordinate repairs with other departments, and train team members to meet Bally's standards while adhering to policies and procedures.

The role requires EPA 608 certification, strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic casino

Qualifications

• EPA 608 type 1/2 or universal certification is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver's License required
• Basic computer skills
• Able to respond to visual and aural cues

• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations

Job description

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• To understand operation and be able to repair facility equipment
• Checking HVAC equipment through the building management system
• Able to direct laborers throughout their shifts
• Prioritize maintenance requests and follow up on the completion
• Ensures the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Respond to maintenance calls during the shift
• Coordinate repairs with other departments
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• Train personnel in all aspects of their job
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have an EPA 608 type 1 and 2, or universal certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Obtain and maintain valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills
• Respond to visual and aural cues
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to work flexible shifts
• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations

Environmental Working Conditions:

• The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
• Target Salary Range $23.00
