Keolis Commuter Services in the United States is seeking an experienced facilities leader to oversee Crossroads maintenance facilities. You will drive safety, implement maintenance programs, and ensure on-time reporting to support daily and long-term commuter operations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractor activities, leading continuous improvement, and maintaining ISO-9001 quality and FRA compliance to protect passengers and staff.

Qualifications

• Development of policies and procedures to effectively carry out safety, facility maintenance and performance, training and quality assurance programs
• Overall responsibility for facility-related preventative and unscheduled maintenance processes
• Ensuring that all required reports are delivered on time
• Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Compliance with the ISO-9001 quality program for facility maintenance
• Responsible for the day-to-day oversight, management and leadership of the Crossroads maintenance facilities, coordinating periodic planned maintenance and coordinating all sub-contractors’ activities performed in support of facility maintenance
• Responsible for FRA compliance at each VRE Yard, documents, records and reporting
• Assists to ensure that customer service issues related to facility defects are resolved promptly
• Ensures timely communication of accurate information to senior management of other departments necessary to plan daily and long-term commuter operations
• Ensures consistent delivery of high-quality service that meets or exceeds passenger expectations
• Maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and FRA regulations
