Job summary

PeopleInc is seeking reliable Facilities Technicians to keep our buildings safe, functional, and well maintained. You will handle a variety of maintenance tasks and play a key role in day-to-day facility operations.

You will perform routine inspections, maintain building systems, respond to weather-related needs, and carry out painting, patching, and general upkeep. This role offers stability, variety, and opportunities to grow maintenance skills with health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of general maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry
• Valid driver's license that meets agency policy
• Lifting requirements of 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Respond to weather related needs (snow removal, debris clean up, etc.)
