Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Florida to perform routine building and grounds maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting. You will support preventative maintenance and inspections to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of related experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office; you will supervise external contractors and help ensure safety and reliability of facility systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of directly related experience.
• Experience with industrial air compressor systems, process water chillers, cooling towers, fire suppression, and alarm systems.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and hand trucks; experience with machine shop tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities department supporting the organization’s operational excellence. Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
